We looked in lots of sizes and layouts and decided on a 420. Hayden was great and explained lots and showed us the differences between models. We left with our eye on one. We communicated with Hayden on phone a lot and made the decision to go ahead. We had problems getting a towbar fit and we had questions after with options and accessories we might need and Hayden again was very helpful and knowledgeable. Yesterday was collection day and they advised us to spend as long as we wanted looking around it first to check we were happy. We then had a full handover and Hayden went through everything on the van and how it all worked and how to hitch and tow it etc. explanations were very thorough and very well explained. So far we are very impressed and would highly recommend. We look forward to our first use next week. No response at all not even to advise me that they were unable to help me despite several reminders, obviously couldn’t be bothered so I phoned and whoever I spoke to just about managed to not be rude.
