Would recommend buying from here. Knowledgeable and Friendly. We had been looking for an Eriba for 2 Years and have just picked ours up today and towed back to Swindon. Hayden has been fabulous! He went above and beyond to find us a caravan after the one we liked had sold. He even recommended a towbar fitter in Poole so we had that done the same day as pick up. He kept us up to date with everything. Sent photos and was contactable for anything. Gave us a full handover on the day and put our minds at ease as it’s been years since we had a Caravan.

My much loved, 21 year old Eriba has just been sold back to Leisure First.
As with the purchase, the process of selling was 1st class.
A fair and realistic offer was made by Leisure First after submitting photos online and following up with a short telephone conversation. Within a week of agreeing the sale the 'van was collected; cleared payment was in my bank account prior to collection.
Communication with Leisure First was excellent throughout.
A great, trustworthy company to buy from or sell an Eriba to.

Very smooth, easy sale
Very easy experience. Once we decided to sell our 2013 Troll 540 we contacted Hayden. He asked for the serial number, and external and internal photos of the van. We emailed these, and shortly afterwards received a very fair offer for the van. We  met at the storage site with a Leisure First represesentative who gave the van a quick inspection, put our BACS details into his phone, and minutes later the payment was in our bank account. I’ve been wanting to buy an Eriba for about 2 years now, and the long wait gave me ample time to research the different models, and find the one that would suit me. I travelled to Leisure First in Poole 3 times in all. They allowed me to check out all of the caravans, and helped me confirm my choice.

Cameron was really knowledgeable and gave me some useful tips. He was also able to point me in the right direction to getting a robust towing hitch installed.

The caravan (a 2016 310) was cleaned & detailed before we picked it up. The process was easy and fun.  Very pleased with our purchase!!
