Absolutely faultless viewing and purchase of my Eriba 320 Ocean Breeze thanks to Cameron. Very honest and friendly, easy to deal with and very professional. The 320 was ready and waiting for me and Cameron gave me an extensive run through as it's my first Eriba and some great advice. Extremely glad I chose Leisure First to buy from and Cameron is great to deal with. Highly recommended.

We thought an Eriba might suit us so we took a 2 hour journey and met Hayden there.
We looked in lots of sizes and layouts and decided on a 420.
Hayden was great and explained lots and showed us the differences between models.
We left with our eye on one.
We communicated with Hayden on phone a lot and made the decision to go ahead.
We had problems getting a towbar fit and we had questions after with options and accessories we might need and Hayden again was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Yesterday was collection day and they advised us to spend as long as we wanted looking around it first to check we were happy.
We then had a full handover and Hayden went through everything on the van and how it all worked and how to hitch and tow it etc. explanations were very thorough and very well explained.
So far we are very impressed and would highly recommend. We look forward to our first use next week.
They really are Eriba boffins and can’t imagine anywhere else having so many examples and having so much knowledge

I was very please with both the caravan that I bought and also the service that was received. Nothing was too much trouble so full marks to Heydan and the rest of the team. The van, despite its age, was in tip top condition. Chuffed!

Bought some spares, turned up in good time but also requested some information & advice by email.
No response at all not even to advise me that they were unable to help me despite several reminders, obviously couldn’t be bothered so I phoned and whoever I spoke to just about managed to not be rude.
Not helpful or interested at all, shame.
